What Kyvrane provides.
Kyvrane is pre-execution assessment software. It evaluates submitted trade assumptions against evidence, execution estimates, and deterministic policies. The current product doesn’t hold assets, connect to a user wallet, place orders, or guarantee that any trade will execute as assessed.
02 · NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
Receipts aren’t recommendations.
Kyvrane outputs are informational risk-control results based on supplied and available data. They aren’t investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. An APPROVE verdict means declared policy checks passed. It doesn’t mean a trade is safe, profitable, suitable, or recommended.
03 · USER RESPONSIBILITY
You control every capital decision.
You’re responsible for verifying inputs, provider mode, market conditions, policy settings, legal restrictions, and execution details before acting. Don’t use Kyvrane as the sole basis for moving capital. Don’t submit unlawful content, probe the service abusively, or attempt to expose credentials or disrupt other users.
04 · RECEIPTS
Proof of assessment, not proof of outcome.
A content hash can show whether recorded receipt content has changed. It doesn’t prove that provider data was complete, that a later market matched the assessment, that an order executed, or that a trade produced any particular result.
05 · AVAILABILITY
The service may change or stop.
Provider APIs, local storage, process memory, hosting, and network access can fail or become unavailable. Kyvrane may change thresholds, features, routes, integrations, or availability as the product develops. Source mode labels should be checked on every assessment.
06 · RISK AND LIABILITY
Trading remains risky.
Crypto markets can move quickly and may involve loss of all committed capital. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the product is provided without guarantees of availability, accuracy, fitness, profitability, or error-free operation. Don’t use the service where these terms or local law don’t permit it.
07 · CHANGES
Current product draft.
These terms may change as Kyvrane adds deployment, accounts, custody, execution, or commercial services. Continued use after a published update means the updated terms govern later use. This is a professional product draft and hasn’t been represented as lawyer-reviewed advice.
