01 · SCOPE
What this notice covers.
This notice covers the Kyvrane web application and its trade assessment APIs. Kyvrane currently operates without user accounts, custody, payment processing, or autonomous trade execution.
02 · DATA HANDLED
Inputs and technical records.
When you run an assessment, Kyvrane handles the market symbol, trade direction, quantity, expected return, configured policy inputs, execution assumptions, evidence values, and the resulting receipt. Hosting infrastructure may also process ordinary request information such as timestamps, IP addresses, user agents, and error logs.
03 · STORAGE
Browser-local and process-local data.
The interface stores receipt history in your browser’s local storage under kyvrane.receipts.v1. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser. The server receipt store is held in application memory for the current build and may reset when the server restarts or redeploys.
04 · PROVIDERS
Market data requests stay server-side.
Kyvrane’s server may request market evidence from SoSoValue and execution conditions from SoDEX when those integrations are configured. Provider credentials stay on the server. Those services may process request details under their own terms and privacy notices.
05 · SECURITY
Controls and limits.
Kyvrane separates browser code, server API routes, provider adapters, and deterministic policy code. No security method eliminates all risk, so don’t submit private keys, seed phrases, exchange credentials, personal data, or other secrets in trade fields.
06 · YOUR CHOICES
Control your local history.
You can use the product without creating an account, stop submitting assessments at any time, and clear locally stored receipts through your browser. Requests about a hosted deployment should use the repository’s public issue tracker until a dedicated support channel is published.
07 · CHANGES
Updates to this notice.
This notice may change as storage, hosting, accounts, analytics, or provider integrations change. The date at the top shows the latest published revision. This is a product privacy draft and hasn’t been represented as lawyer-reviewed advice.
